1. Overview

These SMS Terms & Conditions (鈥淭erms鈥�) govern the text messaging program operated by 糖心传媒 鈥� Schwarzkopf Professional (鈥溙切拇�,鈥� 鈥渨e,鈥� 鈥渦s,鈥� or 鈥渙ur鈥�). By opting in to receive text messages from 糖心传媒, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy at thebeautyinstituteskp.edu/privacy-policy/.

2. Program Description

糖心传媒 uses this SMS program to communicate with prospective and enrolled students about:

• Responses to enrollment and program inquiries submitted via thebeautyinstituteskp.edu.
• Admissions follow-up, tour scheduling, and appointment reminders.
• Program information for Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nail Technician, and Cosmetology Teacher programs.
• Offers, events, and announcements related to 糖心传媒.
• General student services and customer service responses.

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to the program by:

• Submitting a form on thebeautyinstituteskp.edu with your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box; or
• Providing your mobile number to Beauty Institute staff and confirming your consent verbally or in writing.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase or service.

4. Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency will vary depending on your enrollment status and the nature of your inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages. 糖心传媒 is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP) & Get Help (HELP)

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting your campus directly (see Section 8).

Getting Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact your campus directly using the information in Section 8.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program operates on major U.S. wireless carrier networks including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy & Data Sharing

No mobile information 鈥� including SMS opt-in data, consent, and phone numbers 鈥� will be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data may only be shared with vendors that directly support our messaging service (such as our SMS platform provider), and only to deliver these messages.
